My boyfriend requested a roof inspection on the house so we could make plans to replace the roof on our older home. We were so impressed with how thorough the roof inspection was. She got up on the roof to inspect the actual condition of the current roof. Where the roof was too steep she used a drone to video and take photos of the roof. She gave us great information on how important it is to properly ventilate the roof for the warranty of the roof and to prevent mold & mildew growth in the attic. Sara is very knowledgeable about roofing. I feel like we can trust her when it comes time to replace our roof.

We have used Sara for many services from roof and gutter cleaning to repairing severe water damages. What impressed me most is her communication and knowledge. While she’s not the one that does the manual labor, talking with her revealed her extensive history in the roofing industry and the certificates she holds that most roofers don’t. It gave me confidence in my choice to use her for my home because of how well she communicates these things to her workers and it’s obvious they have much respect for her.
